Beyond expectations. The place was very spacious and home-like. Would stay here again! Positive: Very spacious and home-like feeling. I was extremely comfortable my entire stay. Negative: Door leading straight outside was a big jammed; difficult to lock. However, owner advised it is in the process of being fixed.

Great!! Positive: I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Nashville. The place was incredibly spacious..honestly, way more space than I needed, but it made the stay feel even more comfortable and relaxing. I was in town for some business at Vanderbilt University, and the location couldn’t have been better—within walking distance and set in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The apartment was spotless, well-furnished, and felt much more like a home than a typical hotel room. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and it had all the amenities I could possibly need for a short or even extended stay. The natural light and cozy atmosphere made it easy to unwind after long days. Toby was a great host..clear, timely communication and easy-to-follow instructions. Check-in was seamless and hassle-free. I really appreciated how smooth the entire experience was. Overall, I’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Nashville. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, you’ll feel right at home. Negative: The only minor issue I had was with the lockbox on the front door..I couldn’t quite figure out how to get it open. It might have been a bit tricky or possibly not working properly, but that could’ve also just been me struggling with it. Luckily, the back door was easily accessible and worked perfectly, so it didn’t impact my stay. There was one evening when the code had reset unexpectedly, but Toby responded almost immediately and resolved it quickly, even though it was quite late. Really appreciated the prompt support.
